Training camps
Training camps are not just for elite athletes. They have benefits to all athletes.
Having said that, a long camp in an exotic location is not a holiday, and therefore shouldn't be treated as one. There is a lot of preparation and training that should be done to get the most out of the camp itself.
With experience of regularly attending camps all over the world, both externally and internally organised, we have a good idea of the best structure, locations and facilities to maximise the benefits.
As well as international camps, we are also looking into UK based training days/weekends so that athletes can experience a group environment and benefit from in person feedback from coaches.
Again, this is something that has been a staple of our own training over the years, providing great morale and variation to training.
Race specific camps, both domestically and internationally, can also play a vital role in performing to your best in an 'A' race.
